Altcoin Report

Katana (KAT): DeFi Without the VC’s

Katana (KAT) is the newest DeFi primitive to launch without those pesky VC’s. Creating a DeFi-first Ethereum L2 that just launched its token with zero venture capital investment and no preferential insider unlocks. KAT went live on Binance, OKX, KuCoin, Kraken, and Coinbase simultaneously just a few days ago. Already generating $3M+ in real revenue that’s flowed back to users, not the treasury. Katana kicks 100% of net sequencer fees into Chain-Owned Liquidity. Letting vKAT holders direct their own emissions and earn all the fees.

Stock Report

TeraWulf (NASDAQ: WULF)

Ticker / Market Cap: WULF / ~$6B

What it is: TeraWulf is the zero-carbon AI infrastructure platform powering the next generation of high-performance computing. Instead of building from scratch, they take old industrial sites (like former coal plants) and turn them into high-tech data centers that run on mostly carbon-free energy.

Why it matters: The AI boom has created a desperate demand for compute at scale. But most data centers run on fossil fuels and take years to permit from scratch. TeraWulf solved both problems by repurposing legacy power infrastructure and wiring them to clean energy grids. The result is hyperscale AI capacity that is cheaper, faster and greener than almost any competitor.

Key distinction: Many Bitcoin miners are talking about switching to AI, but TeraWulf has already done it. They have $12.8 billion in signed contracts with major players like Google and Fluidstack. While they still mine Bitcoin to pay the bills, their real business is now renting out massive computing power for AI.Outlook: After locking in 522 critical megawatts of contracted HPC infrastructure in 2025, the company is now in pure build-and-deliver mode. The focus is no longer on finding deals, but on how quickly they can flip the switch on their new data centers to start collecting revenue.

Premium Investor Report #515 - - 2026

What is Kled AI?

Kled AI is a mobile data marketplace that pays people real USD for uploading photos and completing data tasks that train AI models. Developers and businesses pay for this data to improve their AI systems, and Kled routes a portion of that licensing revenue back to contributors. The concept isn’t new, but the execution is moving fast. The app has hit top-100 in the App Store across multiple countries, with millions of daily uploads already flowing through the platform. The backing tells the story: $9 million raised total, including a $5.5 million seed round in…
